Where can I download a minecraft sp that it already modded with the following mods?

Humans+mod, sdk guns mod, planes mod, single player commands and too many items are the ones I want though I cant seem to get them to work so I need one that is already modded and is for sp ( I know that version is illegal though I already bought a copy so it doesn't matter)
