How can I get over a sinus headache?!?

I have the same problem headaches alot, what I do is to calm them down is Excedrin Sinus take 1 to start and if it doesn't go away within an hour try another and lots of water.. watch what you eat, sodium and salt brings on my headaches. If that doesn't work try accupuncture I heard that works too
