Am I normal? All help appreciated?

hi all, I am a 14 yearn old male who is heavily built but not overweight. I am 6'2" tall. I was just wandering what stage of puberty I am at because although I am tall I do not have a lot of body hair, only shave once a month, don't have a ton of pubes and my penis is only 2 1/2 inches when erect. I can ejaculate but it is only murky liquid not White and my climaxes don't take long to reach and don't last amazingly long. I think my balls have dropped although my voice has not broken (and does not seen to be breaking any time soon) again, just wandering if I am normal or if I should see the doctor or speak to someone about it? Also, I have a rather tight frenulum, it doesn't hurt but my foreskin just comes back and the head bends all the way over because of the tightness of the frenulum. Please answer honestly and helpfully, I am only asking for reassurance, help and advice, thankyou very much.
